Respectful Language: Communicate with courtesy and respect towards others. Refrain from using language that is unbiblical, intimidates, or harasses others.
Prohibited Verbiage: Avoid using profanity, disrespect, derogatory remarks, personal attacks, threats, or bullying behavior.
Sensitive Topics: Speak the truth in love when discussing topics that may be emotionally charged or divisive.
Graphic Content: Refrain from posting or sharing graphic or explicit content that may be offensive or inappropriate for our huddle.
Reporting Violations: If you encounter offensive verbiage or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it promptly to our moderation team. You can report violations by emailing us.
Consequences of Violations: Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Removal of the offending content.
- Temporary or permanent suspension of posting privileges.
- Ban from the huddle.
Appeals Process: If you believe your content was unfairly removed or if you were wrongly penalized, you may appeal the decision by contacting our moderation team.
Moderator Discretion: Our moderators have the discretion to interpret and enforce these guidelines based on the context of each situation. Their decisions are final.
Revision Clause: These guidelines are subject to periodic review and may be updated as necessary to address emerging issues or huddle feedback. Any revisions will be communicated to members.
